hi there

ok,

first of all dont charge the customer per hour,

quote

five days a week cleaning between 5.00pm and 6.00am will cost £xxx.xx per calender month.

you will calculate your charges in an hourly manner but do not state the number of hours.

with regards to the rates .

minimum wage is £5.52 per hour. plus materials, plus admin, plus profit. therefore you need to decide what is your chrging rate

four years ago london costing rates were at £6.50 throu to £8.50 per hour, so now i would expect to be looking at a range of £9.50 throu to £15.00.

the other factor that you need to consider is

how long will it take to clean this property.????

the big boys expect one cleaner to clean approx 2500sq ft- 3000 sq ft per hour, whilst the smaller companies work on a productivity ratio of 1200 sq ft - 1800sq ft.

hope that helps a little

regards
