Title: Spiderman with a scrim
Post by: SherwoodCleaningSe on March 13, 2008, 11:36:45 am: I know how much we all like debating these sort of pics. Sorry the picture isn't the clearest, is was done on my phone and then cropped to size. The windows are leaded and the man was standing on the porch roof. I certainly won't be the first to throw a stone as I've done this in the past.

Just out of interest whats the best way to do this without wfp or standing on the roof, I'm thinking extension pole with squeegee on the end and damp cloth over the squeegee.

The guy is only doing his job and probably doesnt know any better too quick to condemn people on here at least hes working and not sat on his backside leaching off the system

I am so glad I dont do that anymore, stopped that after the first year my wife bought me the unger pole after she saw me window cleaning one day.

Yes I have done it myself but (and a big but) I have never done it when the tiles were that steep.

The worst bit was watching him walk backwards down the roof and try to hook the ladder with his foot. The ladder was not footed or roped.

I even rope my ladder before I go on a flat roof these days. Bottle has completely gone.
