Title: Sandstorm?

As mentioned somewhere else we seem to have had one here in Wilts the cars and windows are covered in a white sandy residue. We have a couple of quarries nearby and a cement works but the wind seemed to be in the wrong direction for it to blow from them. What's the rest of the country like?

Cornwall is caked in it, specially after the past few days. Makes all the jobs to be done take twice as long.
