hi
does anyone have a standard risk assessment ,form,letter,check list.

also a standard h& s statement .

what do buisnesses mean when they ask for these and how do you put into words .

go to HSE for understanding of RA.

a risk assessment should only be carried out by a competent person. Ye should basically know what you are doing and realise your limitations when assessing risks. If in doubt ask.
