Title: Office Contracts Possibly For Sale - Swindon

By the middle of this year I intend to cut back on my office cleaning and concentrate on carpet cleaning. There are a few options i.e. staff the jobs, sub them or sell the contracts.
The 3 jobs are all general office cleaning-

Job 1, 2 mornings, 5 hrs per week - £103.19 pw. Held since 2002
Job 2, 2 evenings, 3 hrs per week - £61.50 pw. Held since 2001
Job 3, 1 evening, 1.5 hrs - £39.45 pw Held since 2002

Total 9.5 hrs @ £21.48. The jobs are on written contracts with extensive terms and conditions, including clauses relating to transfer.

Does that mean you charge the custy £20.50 per hour?

I don't know Chris - what do you think, that I pay my cleaners that much?
