Today while working I had cause to stretch and stand on my tip toes whilst using my pole.
Would H&S tar and feather me for this?

I could just invite them to a shoot out at the OK Corale, pardner.

They can't tar and feather you anymore as fumes from tar are now on the banned due to H& S and the bird flu has put an end to feathers again due to H&S.
But I am, sure they will find new ways of ensuring a stretchless workplace.

i study H&S and you will find that the rules and regs are clear enough but it's the way that people interpret them and put them into use. People seem to take most things to the limit so that they are covering all bases but you will find that this causes more harm than good.
There is no point complicating the matter. No point in having unecessary things in place just for the sake of it.
It would do all of us some good to read the HSE website now and then as it is very helpful.
