Do you send out Payment reminders for outstanding monies? How do you word them?

Simple...just nail a horses head to the door and staple your invoice through its ear...subtle but gets the general point across...or just get your missus to ring them. ;D

The missus always goes collecting for me.  /Customers seem to give her the money more readily than they do me.
