What brush are you using?

Are you rinsing brush on or brush off?

Are you using fan jets or pencil jets?

What flow rate?

Is the water 000tds?

Are you doing it in the rain?

Is it on a 1st clean?

What is a Brodex system?

it minght be better if you explain the type of finish you are getting is it a spotting finish , how many times have you cleaned the offendind windows ? dos it happen on all jobs ? once its explained better you will then get the answers you need .

Spots yes, runs yes, but streaks are very unusual with  WFP. Have you got your brush contaminated with oil or grease by any chance?

Streaks can happen with painted oxidised top frames.
