Hi Lee,ye looks good nice and neat ;) but i`m` not sure about the tacky cartoon man and be careful of using the words "reach & wash" unless you have an inoics system, apart from that good luck with your business ;) :D

Do you have a reach & wash system,i hope you do.

He said technology- not system. And it is a statement of fact.
-
Reach and wash is copyrighted by Ionics. Not the System, or technology.

if true thats terrible. how the hell can ye copyright a phrase?
-
The term reach & wash related to WC or WFP,beleive it or not they won`t like it.
-
Maybe he's got an ionics system though?
-
In the Ionic catalogue 2007/8.
It has Reach & Wash TM which means it's not registered,
Only when you see the letter R in a circle then it's registered.
They can try and stop you using it, but can be difficult for them.
They would have to use common law "passing off" and spend a fortune.
Ewan ;)
Just checked the 2007/8 catalogue and all of the reach and wash systems from Page 13 have the registered symbol showing that the phrase 'reach & wash' is a registered trademark. I can confirm this having checked in the past with the IPO.

oohh eerrr no it not a ionics system , i hope this wont get me into trouble , if anyone wants to prosecute me i live in spain and thats a old number and lee was the bloke who owned the van before me i carnt see clearly and have no idea what a reach and wash is i live in a tent with no windows so no need of a windowcleaner and i have no affiliation with anything to do with facias of roof or anything mentioned or written infact i am a habitual liar and i carnt even drive and i thought it would be a good idea to lie about what i do so i could take part in this forum

seeclearlee.....is it named after a dish at your favourite chinese takeaway?

great signs but im afraid fascias is spelt this way but i think the logo is just fine imo :)

shocking that they can do this.
-
I like it, cartoon man very friendly and approachable, clear to the point, enough to read as it drives past.
Oh and the price sounds very cheap too.

Its a good price but you should take it back for them to sort out the spelling mistake. If they dont then demand all your money back.

yep had a look through yellow pages and there is two ways to spell it this way facia and fascia , although i agree with you guys about the spelling and the guy is more than happy to rectify as it comes down to what the customer wants and is happy with ( in his words) anyone wanting his number up here in the north is welcome to it as he couldnt be more helpfull infact there was a 3 hour consultation before hand because there is so much involved with selecting the lettering, style, slant, position, colour,ect......and its harder than i thought so many desiscions to make, good setup though as you can see what it will look like on a computer before hand
