Title: For the pressure washing guys

Hey all.... this is for any of you guys who do pressure washing and render cleaning... just wondering how much you might charge for something like this?

Customer asked me the other day if I did it, and how much it would cost? I said I didnt, but I'd try and get some idea of price for her as a favor.

Pictures are attached. Apparently the render is coated so it just needs a blast of water and it comes up nice. Apparently...

Thats gotta be in north wales all the houses look like that,Ive got relatives in Bangor and Caernarfon.
P.S Bangor seriously needs a good window cleaner if your anywhre near........what a state

£600?!  :o :o Ahh well..... :P

North Wales yeh, just outside Chester. Deeside. Bangor is a bit of a travel but I've got a mate who worked Holyhead. Said the market was flooded.

There's a samn good one on anglesey and an even better one a little further south.  8)

might take myself round Bangor way tomorrow!

I do :) Furthest work out from me is Mold, most of my work is in Deeside :) What was your old company?

i worked for Out & About based in neston coverd wirral (like me) chester and north wales commecial only

Doesnt look like easy work, and its a large area, thats how much i think it would be worth to me if they asked me to do it, and it went out and found out how to do it,

i wonder how much the render cost in the first place

the render would cost   £300 for scafolding for the weekend.. 2 roughcasters and a labourer £600 for the weekend...its wet dash so 3 ton of chips. £267 plus vat 12 bags of snowcreat cement..£48 plus vat..2 ton of white sand £86 plus vat..
