I wonder how many have "a full book" and how many dont.

I voted 'no where near enough'

because although I have enough work for me and an employee my aim is for me not to be cleaning windows so I'll need about triple the work for that to happen

I have more than enough work and am now starting to drop the lower end work and replacing with bigger and better slowly getting there

Already subcontracting out 2 days work each week. Looking for some bigger contracts / houses and will then get rid of lower ones...

Have a full book, but always looking for better business, never stop looking, you just don't know what is round the corner ;D

I put down "too much", as it is for our current staff levels (4), however we are in the process of recruiting a third team of two to keep up with demand.

About 30% of our revenue is now from commercial clients.  Our aim is to have one team doing purely commercial work and two teams doing purely domestic.

We have been turning down some domestic work recently if it didn't fit in with our current rounds or our future plans.
