hi Matt
you still enjoying that pure freedom trolley system. will ahve mine up and running tomorrow hopefully. what are the mistakes you made when you first used it, and any tips for the first cleans i do.
have already practised on my windows using an old car cleaning brush, ( not recieved my brush yet) seems you need to rinse alot to get them realy clean, or maybe it will be easier with propper brush. I watched the training dvds , but nothing compares to hands on experiances
What setting s do you use and how much water do you use now on a 3 bed semi.
cheers

hi Matt

The mistake was getting a tin pot trolley system instead of a van mount! It may seem like a cheaper option but it is a false economy!!! I know as I made the same mistake! ;)
what utter rubbish !!

Thanks Johnny for quoting my post so that it can still be read, as someone has decided to remove it for some reason? But if you want to call someone elses post utter rubbish, then please have the decency to provide an explanation! or is that too much for your intellect? ;D

hi Groundhog.
Think you maywell be right, seems you need to use a fair amount of water to get windows as clean and spot free as trad. so I think it wont be long untill the landy has a tank fitted. but each to there own we all have to start somewhere. and fitting a tank isn't beyond my own abillities now i have seen how it all works.
Anyhow just after some tips.

PS shouldn't question someones intellect if ya can't spell.

Thankyou for agreeing with my post Tom, I am just trying to give you the benefit of my experience as I have used all three different systems in the past and know which is the better system, and it certainly isn't the trolley or even the backpack!!
PS I can spell!! And I'm not quite sure what you are referring to? And by the way 'maywell' is two words not one! And you are supposed to begin a sentence with a capital letter!!! ;D

Firstly, I agree with Groundhog that it is better to start with a van mount if possible, a trolley will not be wasted once you make the (almost) inevitable upgrade.
General tips include brush and rinse a lot on first cleans - even to the point of going around the job twice (first time frames + glass incl. top frames, second time glass only). Avoid vents. Avoid squirting water on brickwork just above frames. Rinse with brush off the glass (sometimes it's quite possible to rinse with brush on but the results can be less predictable - I bet this comment starts them off LOL).

Firstly I would like to apologise for mocking you Tom, as it is obvious that you are on some kind of medication, as if you are not then perhaps you should be!! :o
Secondly I would like to agree with shiners advice, especially the bit about rinsing with the brush off!! as you will get far better results!!! ;)
