if i wanted to send a letter to try and get some small office blocks who would you send it to IE if you was sending one to a shop  you would send it to the manager who do you send it to for offices  any ideas

I would always try to get the name of the person responsible for the buildings upkeep. A quick phone call should be sufficient.
