don't know if anyone uses this stuff or the equivalent, there's a few window frames i go back to and they are just as bad when i last cleaned them, it looks a good idea whether it works or not i do not know, i don't think i would charge the customer as the stuff seems very cheap, it would just be to keep up appearances if you know what i mean, here's the link, everyone is talking about how good it is,

I hate killing spiders in fact when I squeegee around the edge of the window I give the corner a few mm space where the cotton bud is ( spiders home ) and love to watch him freefall down and scuttle off ! Better than killing him and taking ages to clean up ;D

I wouldn't bother or else you may sell yourself out of a regular job doing favours like that as they may feel they don't require your services so frequently.

No offence intended, but..... ask yourself why you are asked to clean their windows......because they look dirty. If you use your initiative and start using chemicals and stuff to keep their frames looking cleaner (at your expense, btw), your customer may start realising that their windows don't look so noticeably dirty when entering their property as they previously did and ask you if you wouldn't mind frequenting their house less often. I personally don't think you are doing yourself any favours by being too keen if you get my way of thinking. Be happy the customers windows are dirty every time you turn up, that way they appreciate your cleaning efforts more.

yes waye i think you are right, to make it to clean, could turn in to a less frequent clean, just makes you think how a good thing can make things worse,
