Post by: kellie on February 29, 2008, 04:27:36 pm
hi
recently started carpet cleaning woundered if anybody could mail me some t&cs the use for the client as at the moment if is very formal and verbal agreement which we find people tend to take the mick and do things like expect you to move their furniture and just generally taking advantage to have some sort of written agreement in place would be better than nothing i guess? i would be grateful of any help
thanks kellie

Kev - could I have a look at them as well please.  The ones I have dont really cover what I feel they need to. (Let me know if you want a copy in case there is anything of use to you there).

Cheers

Si
