hi guys

i have been asked for a price on sealing a garage showroom,

how much do i charge and what do i use

its approx 200 m2,  and its grey speckled with white dots, floor tiles 12" square,  nothing special i think.

1. Has it been sealed before?, if so you will need to strip off the old sealer. If it has not been sealed then it will need de-greasing before the seal is applied.

To seal I use Platinum 25 from Premier Products

To Strip I use Premstrip

Price as per what you expect to earn on your hourly rate as it it time intensive and you have to wait 20 - 30 mins between coats for polish to dry (2-3 coats)
