Title: commercial letter or leaflet?

I am going to start targeting some commercial work and was going to post a flyer and a business card do you think this is a good idea or should i do a simple letter with letterhead is this more professional looking?

As discussed before we came to the conclusion calling in person is the best with perhaps a pack promoting your buisness!!

I would like to call in person but these ones are far and wide and some have multiple properties with head offices hundreds of miles away from me

Best thing to do then is post an information pack, try and find out a name etc so it looks personal instead of a random mail shot you could also speak to the person who is in charge of the contracts!

If you were to call in person, who would you ask for? The Head of......? Dept?

I normal just ask for the person that deals with cleaning/window cleaning

I don't think its scaremainering cant find anything on it that isn't factual, I'd happily use it.
