Title: Difference between carbon and sediment filter

I'v just dismanteled my filter and forgot whoich one is carbon and which one is sediment!!! ::)

Sediment has to be first but is this the filter that looks like cotton will and the carbon the one with the honeycombe outer and blue top??

sediment - cotton like. carbon block - blue top, o rings, mesh.  sed 1st
