About a week or 2 ago I was watching Watchdog to see if they have caught up with me  ;D

On there, there was a story about people who went with builders who was members of BBF ( I think ) it was equivalent to FWC..

They had work done buy the builders but was not happy..

They contacted the BBF and they contacted the builder to see if the builder agreed with the complaint. if the builder did not agree with it then that was that..

Now I was thinking. If someone had a complaint with a member of the FWC... What would be done ::)

and what could be done if someone was a member. so they had the FWC logo on their van but was no longer a member

What guarantee do the customers have

If residential not much really.  If someone cut your hedge wrong what comeback is there?  Even if he knows Alan Titchmarsh!  You just don't use him again.
