Google for Pageplus; it's free-ware and a good bit of kit for printing envelopes and designing stationery.

Unfortunately my printer/scanner/copier is a good one, but will jam if I print anything smaller than A5 in it, so I have to plug in an old printer to print my envelopes.

I just use Word, change the paper size to the envelope size, figure out which way you put them in the printer, put address, and business name website in the corner.

I bought sheets of sticky labels - about 20 per page.

Print your name and addres on hundreds and stick them on the envelopes. Thats is if you mean for sae's ...... No good for different addresses!

Open a new document in Word.  Type the address as you would wish to see it on the envelope (i.e. name, and each part of the address on a new line). Highlight the whole address.  Alternatively, if you've typed the address as part of a letter just highlight the address bit.

From the Tools menu on the Toolbar, click on Envelopes and Labels.  Click on the Options button to choose your envelope size - I usually use DL, which is the standard, long, envelope and C5, which is half an A4 size.

The address for the DL envelope should print out without changing any of the "left" and "top" settings (I place all envelopes face up in the auxillary tray on my printer).  For the C5 (half A4) size, I fiddle around with the Delivery address - change from "auto" to 3" from left and 3" from Top.  I don't bother with a Return address but that is easy to do.  When you are changing these settings you can see from the 'example' where the address should appear!

Hope this helps!

I have tried that a few times but will only print one at a time??? Unless I'm missing something?

yes doing it this way with word you can only print one at a time which gets annoying.
If you do it my way as above post, then you can print as normal however many you want i get about 30 a minute. easier.

Get a stamp from Staples - you can make your own up with the kits.

Was in there yesterday buying card and was looking at them - bout £24.00.  They will give you years of stamping
