I AM SELLING MY WINDOW CLEANING BUSINESS IN SURREY, WHICH HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR THREE YEARS. THE MONTHLY TAKE HOME IS £5000 WITH AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER BASE. I AM LOOKING FOR £15,000 AND OPEN TO OFFERS.

Sutton (Cheam, wallington, carshalton beeches, carshalton, belmont)
Coulsdon
Purley
Worcester Park
Morden
Raynes Park
New Malden
Wimbledon
Beckenham

I would say that the round is approximately 95% domestic and 5% commercial. All the work can be done using ladders.

The round is for 2 people to clean (I have a 2001 reg ford courier diesel van for sale aswell if your interested) my cleaners go out and clean £300 per day and the house prices are between £6.00 and £45.00 per house front only, obviously if you are cleaning front and back then the average house price is £15.00 per house.

Where else could you pay £15k for a business that'll give you an income of £60k a year.

Hope you sell it matey, its a good price. Are you packing in window cleaning all together?
