Title: help needed

Hi there,
could anyone help with a quote, been asked to do one without seeing it as its unnocupied. an empty office 12m x 9m 2 toilet blocks of 2, 6 windows, carpet tiles, skirtings needs a blitz clean for use.
not a big job but its our first so need to get it almost right.we are in leeds
any help would be appreciated.

Hi Janet,

if you want my advice based on experience, I would have to say, Don't Quote without first taking a look.

No doubt someone will quote 'unseen' but it can be full of pitfalls.

Just my own opinion.

Companies aren't always a safe option.
