Due to splitting with the wife, I am moving away from Leicester.

Therefore my round is for sale.

130 customers, prices from £5 to £15. 

Monthly income £1000 approx.  (can supply george printouts if required)

Comes with Trolley system, Merlin RO, DI vessel, Resin, pole (32ft telescopic GF from Sureclean), vikans, 12 25ltr barrels, van (if required) business name, Branding etc etc...

Require VERY quick sale.

£3950 or near offer...

Yes, I can sell the work only.  All currently done WFP, but started them all on trad.

Make me an offer, (West leicester)  I would be looking for around 2950 for just the work (3x monthly value?)

Cmon guys, this is an ideal opportunity for someone wanting to start up.  Know anyone who wants to start a business as a shiner? This is a ready made business (I even recieved another 2 calls this evening and one this afternoon from people wanting to become customers).

All very good payers (total outstanding from cleans is about £30)
Mostly small semi detached (some private, most ex-council).  Huge potential for expansion (delivered 200 leaflets yesterday, recieved 3 calls today....).  Expansion into conservatory cleans / gutter cleaning would be very easy and lucrative.
A price rise couild be a possibility for the majority of the customers.

West Leicester m8.  It was a good round for me.  I started it in September with just 7 custies. 

Will give ya a call tomorrow.

Ideal first business or for someone wanting to expand from 1 man business to a 2 man business...
