Post by: wayne99 on December 06, 2004, 06:25:17 pm
just burned out on me midway through a conservatory roof, only using 1 pole, 60 psi, would i have done it by not turning off pump between windows, i have a flo valve on the brush and just turn the flow off, then when i need it on i just turn it on, but would this damage the pump, i hear it start and stop when i shut the flow of, its a shureflo pump, will it work like that or have i fried it? thanks for listening

Never happened to me but the switch did go.All i had to do for the day was attatch peice of wire switch came next day off i went. The reason this happened was because i kept regulating the water flow therefore the pump was on and off but was not a major problem.
