how to price a round mostly domestic  small amount of commercial  based in and around swindon

Hello Simon,
Are you selling it or buying it?
Confused as your other thread is about buying a round.
I would offer 1 & a half monthly price for Domestic, and twice monthly price for Commercial...... but that's me, as it appears very varied on here  ;)
