Hi Alex
I ordered a new pole from you last Sunday night online. I recieved an email confirming its shipment on the 11th. I still havent recieved it and my old pole has had it. When will it be here? any ideas?

Thought I might add this was not Alexs fault. The courier company lost the order and only owned up late yesterday. Thanks for the call Kirsty, I'm a happy man, good service!!
