Title: sheltered housing !
Post by: jonah on February 14, 2008, 09:13:43 pm
Does anyone clean sheltered housing ? I have been asked to give a quote for a complex of 50 flats all within 2 storey height . Thing is they already have a w/c but they say he is hit and miss ! Any advice would be gratefully recieved ie pricing structure etc  ;D

i do 2 sheltered housing complexs each having 33 flats . you tend to find out on these if they are council run they dont want to pay much , i managed to get 75p per window , good thing about them is they dont take long to do .

i just spoke to the warden and she gave me a idea of what the council would pay , i didnt give a written quote , i get paid from the warden who i give the reciept to then she gets this back from the council .
