Any one use furniture slides 1 Are they any good and 2 who sells them and 3 how much are they 4What size do they come in many thanks des

Can’t comment on any good, don’t have any, think Derek B uses them! Would also like feed back on them.

Wouldn't be without them.
Somebody on one of these boards told me to get them from QVC. Go to thier website and do a search. Probably cheaper quality than those from Sliderz or Alltec but they're up to the job and cost a fraction.

You refer to my high-tech pneumatic skis?
These are empty 1.5ltr lemonade bottles, with top screwed on tight, labels removed.
A suitable number can be placed under heavy furniture such as king-size drawer divan beds to enable them to glide over carpets and polished wood floors. Furniture can be gently lowered to floor by simply loosening the caps :D

I use them more and more all the time as I get older. I bought a lift buddy which is a devise sold by JWC. INC.
Check ebay under lift buddy This devise used in conjunction with the sliders is absolutely ideal.
You buy enough sliders to handle most of the furniture at one time.
Lift the furniture up with the lift buddy with very little effort. Slide a slider underneath each leg of the furniture, pre-spray in front of the furniture in the open area first. Then slide the couches etc. to the center and pre-spray behind. clean the areas where the furniture used to sit and move the pieces back in place . Lift them with the lift buddy and replace the slider with a styrofoam Block. The leg never touches the wet floor to possibly transfer furniture stain to the carpet. ( I inform the customer that we trim around any piece of furniture that has glassware in it such as curios or china hutches, Gun cabinets or entertainment centers. ) That eliminated the risky moves.
They work excellant. I can't remember where I bought mine I have purchased cheaper one at Menards , but I prefer to use the heavier duty ones from Jon Don Inc. approx. $ 30.00 U.S. per set of 4

Got mine in Homebase. Big enought for most furniture as there about 7x4 inches in size. Wouldnt use them on a wooden floor as theyd scratch it if any dirt got trapped underneath.
