Title: BUSINESS NAME

does any body know if you can registar  your business name and how much it cost only i have just found out that me and another guy have got the same name.any help would be great thanks

seriously you register at companies house, it costs around fifty quid i think

just search companies house or business name register and you will find it mate

Companies house is for LTD companys sole traders can register there name at  http://www.start.biz/home.htm think it costs around 65.00
