Title: a question for envirodri users
Post by: david_green on February 13, 2008, 04:08:07 pm
Hi

I have the agimac with gold brushes and am thinking of buying another set of brushes for more heavily soiled man amde carpets. I don't want to buy more than one set so which would you recommend the standard white or black and white.

Thanks.

Just get a set of white brushes to go with your gold ones.I have never found the need for any other sets of brushes apart from these two.

Agree: White brushes along with your gold ones is all you need for most carpets.
Didn't know they were called Agimac.

David

I'll go with others here.  Any brush with black in it is for carpets like flotex.

I use Gold most, just like yourself. It;s great on wool and nylon.  For polyprop I use Gold and White but don't have a problem using the standard white brushes.

Safe and happy agitating :)

Thanks for all replies!

I'll order white tomorrow.

Has anyone used them dry to loosen soil?

Is it safe?

Thanks

David

Yep, use them to agitate the debri in carpets prior to vacuuming
the if prespray requires agitation - use it on that as well
plus of course with the Envirodri "sponges" to clean carpets - occassionally

I use white most of the time, gold get used rarely for soft wool rugs or carpets.
