Where do you get tfr from and how do you apply it? I'm quoting for a conservatory tomorrow.

Does safe mean non-caustic (read some posts on tfr).

Whats the best way of applying it?

dont know bout best but i put it in a pressure sprayer and just spray it on offending item ;D then leave about 15 mins (like nwh says) and rinse off. you can work it into awkward areas with a soft brush which helps on finials etc. hope that helps. safe means it virtually guarentee not to damage but regular is ok most of time
