how do you keep your records.
ive been given a spreadsheet from my acountant .i put the numbers in and the figures are auto worked out aparently.looks good and easy.

Any chance of sharing that spreadsheet?  Might save us all some time (and pennies) when we see our accountants...

I've a sheet in excel that i fill in each day,.. I just print it out and give it to the accountant at the end of the year!

I just use George and print off takings, then just give receipts, bank statements EASY  :)

You attatch files by replying to the thred then below "post" click on additional options and then attatch files.

thats for photo's so i think files would work too worth a try.
