How big is the job? that will determine what sort of system you need.

they are 12 offices all about 15feet by 10/12 feet

The Prochem Powermax would be ok. Thats what I started out with. Its a big investment initially @ around £1400. Dont know if you might be able to hire one locally.
Alternatively you could look at sub contracting the work to a carpet cleaner in your area.

thanks gerry there are not off companys up here will prob have to do it on the web dont want to sub contract need the money haha

Know the feeling. If I was closer to you I would give you a good price. Good luck

Sub the first one out and tag along, or you may have to pay for the tiles if it goes pear shaped :-X

You have one of the best suppliers in the country on your doorstep !
cleaning-systems-uk.com are based in Cupar, near St Andrews and supply anything you will ever need, for carpet, upholstery and hard floor cleaning.
ask for Sandy Pearson, he's an extremely knowledgable and helpful gent, who can also arrange training, if required.
