Title: Backpacks
Post by: niceandclean on February 06, 2008, 08:18:38 pm
Whats the difference between the Shurflo backpack and the Omnipole one? Ive picked up a couple of houses that have courtyards so think its about time to invest in one.

Omnipole has got a bigger capacity and higher PSI pump (80PSI). I think.

You can adjust the flow on the Shurflo, but not on the Omnipole backpack. I've had both and to be honest there's not much in it, if I were you I would go with which ever one is cheapest!! ;)

Cheapest one it is then. Im not going to use it much, only the odd job here and there.
Isnt Omnipole bringing out a new backpack, do you know whats different about that?

if you cant adjust the flow on omnipole at 80 psi, being twice as much as the shuflo, must be going through water like anything.

well, today i filled my backpack and did 3 £5 bungalows, and 1 £8 bungalow and still had water left over

I think the Omnipole one is pre-adjusted to about a litre a minute which is ideal.

Is the WCW the cheapest place to buy a shurflo?

Sorry to go off topic, but I can't belive your cleaning bungalows for only £5!!!! I won't take on any job for less than £10 these days, and introducing a minimum price was the best thing I've ever done!! In fact I'm considering increasing that to £25, so that I can get rid of all the small stuff.
