Title: Changing Merlin Membranes

Help please! I have just changed the 3 filters on the merlin and whilst I am happy with the tds reading 010, it is taking forever to fill up my tank. Normally it fills in about 2 and a half hours but at the moment it has been going for 4 hours and the tank is just over half full. Any ideas?

hi mike i would make sure all three membrane are properly situated and then make sure the housing is tight enough to prevent leaks. Also check that the o rings are on properly and that no foriegn objects were left in during the change over.

Thanks Phil. No leaks. I will re fit them tomorrow although I did not notice anything wrong when fitting I will check again.
