been emailing but getting no reply and find it hard to phone through day due to work

Myabe try emailing them explaining your prediciment giving them your mobile number and asking Andrew McCann to call you.

i tend to catch him first thing in the morn or at the end of the day
when he's finished window cleaning.
well that's what they tell me anyway ;)
