If that where my job i would price that at £60 for the outside, and £90 for the inside,
but then again i hate georgian, and it would take ages
-
Outside £80,inside and out would be £150 easy allday long. And whoever said £30 for the outside i can`t remember who it was should be shot.
-
wow nhh our overall prices are quite similar, wait exact, im so proud,
when you say all day long what do you mean?

By that i mean i would charge that for those type of jobs allday long not that it would take me allday, crikey no.That job is well worth the price i quoted and for any less i wouldn`t want it,anyone charging less i`d put it down to the area where they live.

Nothing wrong with just your mobile number. I got well miffed off with people ringing my home phone about window cleaning.
Best thing i ever done was use a mobile.

Your robbing yourself on that job if you ask me,not being funny here but if they said to me we are only prepared to pay £30 they wouldn`t get anyone to do it where i come from.

£ 35 every month

You`ll drive down the prices in your area and then complain that your not getting enough.

Seems like that's in the ballpark of most people's prices, give or take £10 or so.
I reckon on about £30-35.
£80 in and out.
Shouldn't take more than a couple of hours or so. Good money.
Ever considered you're just ridiculously expensive...?
(or maybe just talking big on the forum... ;))

Please tell me why this house isn't possible to do with wfp? You said the frames were bad, how would that affect the clean? Runs, spotting? Chunks of putty coming down?
-
It has been done WFP,look at the picture again and the water under the sills.I think he said some were done trad.

That's weird cuz he said :

-
i recon about £40 for outs, £80 for both.
That would be a fair price in my opinion. but i would do the whole thing trad. being as there are two of us, above a roof is no problem
-
I would say about £35 outs but only if wfp, otherwise if they 'had' to be done trad I'd want £60.
Inside would be £90
