can i use tfr on the glass and frames , what else can i use to remobe stubborn specks

Yes you can use TFR on windows and frames just make sure it's non caustic.

But what are the specks is it water marks if so you need MDR ( Mineral deposit remover) you can get it from most window cleaning supplier.

But charge extra for this service.
