Hi,

Which one is the best Anti-Stain Protection and where can you get it?

Of the three I have used (Prochem, Chemspec and 3M) I would say Prochems was the best. Easy to use and stood up best for stain protection and soil repelling

Never used Ashbys Chemicals as I've always found that there knowledge of their own stuff is limited. Presumably they have little or no hand in production so this might be why. I find Chemspec are very good on knowledge of their own chemicals and Prochem are not far behind either.

They charge  around £50 for the Ashbys Stain Guard - Solvent Protector for Carpet & Upholstery thats really expensive the prochem that you mean is Aqua seal Fabric Protection?

thats the one, they do a water based one and a solvent based one

I use the one that the job requires

If suite is wet cleanable use the water and the solvent is for dry clean materials
