Title: Communal area cleaning

We have been cleaning some common areas in a building quite a long time now. The Landlord has recently asked us to submit a method statement and description of what we do each time as he wants to pass this information to the people living there.

Any idea how to layout this and what to include.

Sounds like he is going to look for New Quotations to clean for him, somtimes this is to do with price,not job done.
Put as much on your spec form as possible. :P

Well i hate asking, but would you mind sending another document out please, and does anyone know if their is anything on risk assessments on here, i know they are different for different situations but would like to read one just to get an idea. We are looking towards new builds and i know they are going to ask for these. Thankyou.
