Title: How much would you charge for this?

Was working doing some houses saturday and someone stoped by my van and kept looking at me anyway i was putting my stuff away and and she got out asked if she could have a quote she says its this big place down here! so i said i would call back have a look and post a quote in her door in the next few days.

anyway its got 3 or 4 flats inside and just wonderd how much you would charge? for monthly and bi monthly, i have a price in mind just checking if i thinking the same prices. also what pole would reach this? as i want to do all or most of it wfp.

The first pic is the back were 90% if the windows are theres a few 2 the left of the building little small ones and then a few around the back.

has to be over £50, cant see all the sides though

but i suppose it depends where in the country you are!

As for pole it looks like a 30ft/35ft pole would be needed hard to tell from a photo but thats my guess

Was thinking around 80 myself. it is quite high dont no if my pole would reach so mite go back and see 2morra!

Sorry you carnt see the sides properly theres only a few windows on there anyway probs about 10mins max work on the left side.

Glimpse of underwear when on site would be an added bonus, of course, and can go a long way to reducing the price.

I always charge 50% more to do the insides, interested to hear others views

Post by: Kev R on January 31, 2008, 01:15:50 am: Thats more difficult than it looks. I would go for £55 per month and £65 bi-monthly. I personally on a house like that would charge the same for inside as out. I know some of you will think thats crazy! ;)
