It's January, where have all the mystery shoppers gone?

Normally this time of year I get quite a few calls from people interested n getting prices for cleaning various items. After a few years you realise they are competitors shopping around to see what your prices may have gone up by since last January.

This year I appear to have had none of those calls.

What am I doing wrong?

I find they tend to ring during Febuary. The words... if i want it done soon how soon can you fit me in is a dead givaway.

....and it's usually a female caller who then says they will have to refer to their huband/partner etc. As if why can't they make a decision themselves!?!
