could there be any other reason apart from the windy weather y my windows are spotting?? i checked a couple of houses after dry and looked ok then when was in the same area a couple of days later i checked again and were bad in the light.
i can only think its the weather but they are doing building work on a scholl(rebuilding it) near by and its a massive cul de sac estate so all the big trucks are going up and down all day so is this the problem??
no customers complained as yet but how i dont know??

Ronnie,
wet windows will always attract anything that is carried in the wind and it will stick , stands to reason. If your windows are fine in calm weather then it can only be the wind.
I am trad mostly and never had problems, only use wfp for high and awkward windows.
I am never surprised when nearly every day guys post they have been dumped for reasons regarding wfp, be it leaving wet or spots and runs.
We get guys saying that the glass stays cleaner longer, why do you want that when your in the business of cleaning, the longest I leave windows are a month and some every 2 weeks, keeps me very busy 5 days a week.
Sorry Ronnie got carried away so the answer to your question is yes, it will be the wet and windy weather.
Regards
Adam

Agree with Adam - had alot of wet and windy weather last few days, undoubtedly a factor.
Gives problems to trad and wfp alike.

I am thinking it is something to do with the glass, did this happen when done trad ? if never been trad cleaned before try one window next time as see if it makes any difference, I have a few houses where the windows get real dirty, I think i was having this coversation with matt

no been doingfor two years so it cant be the glass i can only pressume its all the dust the trucks are dragging about 30times a day!!

I get the same trouble on one property and it's the biggest window downstairs - it's always filthy after a few days. The only thing i can put it down to is their shingle driveway infront of the house. They tend to park very close to the window so i think the shingle kicks up some dust every time they pull up.
