Title: Council using WFP
Post by: Seers on January 25, 2008, 04:32:32 pm
Hi,

About five years ago I thought about approaching local councils to offer to clean all their road signs to remove algae etc. with WFP. In the end I thought it was probably a no goer.

Any way, today I noticed two guys from our local council using an ioncs thermo pure WFP system doing the front and back of exactly that. Looks like they pushed the boat out getting a top end system for the job!

Anyone else seen this?

Cheers,

Huw.

No, but you'd want hot water for that stinking lung-destroying job, wouldn't you?

Here in Cambridge, i have seen the Incident Support Unit vans cleaning the road signs with a glass fibre pole and a vikan. I thought road signs came under the Highways agency and not the local councils?
