I would bet £100 it would be a one-off. I got a new customer today saying same sort of thing charged double and a little bit more I was there worth it if she did cancel after first clean, the look on her face when we finished was priceless, to say she was over the moon is an understatment, she was on the phone to her hubby whilst we were they, I love this job and is great when you get feedback like this
Customer gained as 4 weekly rain or shine  ;)

Also did new custy today - upstairs flat. Front fine - backs you couldn't see through! Hadn't checked them all round as knew how manywindows she had. Lesson learned  - always check how dirty before you price.

Came to the door with more than quoted anyway, but would have had to charge extra.

i agree with what you say, but when I do a job however much money is invloved I will only do if I know I can do a good job, I have built a name for myself and want to carry this on regards less £25 to me is not worth it if I upset one personm people that have a problem speak alot louder than ones that are happy.
