I have a job in Sleaford for sale, it is done every 3 weeks and can be done early (best done early too).
It pays cash on completion and there are a few add ons that are asked for on a fairy regular basis.
The work is wfp outside and obviously blade inside, but there would be no problem with the outside being done by blade.
The jod price is £40 per clean, but due to the add ons and the intervals I am looking for 4x the job price.

I have just bought another round of just over 100 houses in with work I already do, I am selling of a few bits of the far flung stuff so I can fit it in and save on diesel.
This job is on its own a fair distance away, but I have kept it on for a long time due to the fact that it can be done early and had add ons.
I think I have a buyer for the stuff I am selling in Peterborough, but will put it up here if the lokes doesn't have it (not seen him yet, but he was pressing me o sell him it a while back).
