Title: Worst form of Marketing

I know there are many posts on here that mention good marketing policies that have worked for some. I was wondering, what has been your marketing policies that havent worked out. It is good to know so that others out there looking to start up will bear this in mind and benefit from other peoples experience.

Post by: frames to panes on January 22, 2008, 06:03:14 pm: I reckon the worst form of marketing is leafletting, the returns tend to be abysmal - far better to door knock. Some person on here has just had 10,000 printed for what return? 0.5% if your lucky?

My wife however is very good and has the skin of a rhinoceros (so to speak) and is very succesful at canvassing.
