Clear temp internet files.

then, press start, click run, type in cmd, black box opens. Enter Ipconfig /flushdns

Might help, if not, unplug your DSL modem for 15sec or so, and turn it back on.

We do not operate from omnipole.co.uk someone was pirating from .co.uk for a while.

I think it makes a difference sometimes if you use Mozilla firefox rather than Internet explorer.
As a business we were advised not to use Mozilla - but I wouldnt know if its true as thats not my expertise.
