Title: POSITION OF BAFFLED TANK IN VAN

Would you recommend upright just behind the seats or flat by wheel arches.  I will only have fiat doblo.

Any recommendations  / comments would be welcomed.

you are best to position tank between the axles to spread the load evenly.

I haven't bought it yet so want advice on the best one to get.  It will be 450 ltrs.

What would you go for?  Flat or upright?

I have 2 Doblos fitted with 400 ltr flat tanks.

They take up most of the floor space but there is plenty of room on top of them for all the other stuff. Purefreedom put wooden lids right across the tanks so really I havent lost any floor space to make a difference. The ride is very good coz the centre of gravity is as low as poss.
