I have been unable to do many properties, however this has had the advantage of being able to reschedule a lot of my work and condense my round. This means that when i do eventually work again my earnings will be much higher per working day and leave me with spare time to enjoy or fill with work hopefully.

Thanks to the weather I've been forced to:
Put two coats of paint on our kitchen ceiling.
Rip up the tiled kitchen floor.
Revamp a small staircase going into the kitchen.
Install a loft ladder and start boarding out the attic.
I'd much prefer cleaning windows!
What's the forecast for next week?

guess........

This is the forecast for next week where I live, not saying it'll be like that, but its better than last weeks forecast at this time.

Not yet, and cheers for the offer of your ladders, but it's a bugger to get too.
The leaks still there, but it's not too bad, and it's not going through the attic (I've an odd shaped house), so I'm not worried about it.
Window Pain is an ex-roofer and has given me some good access advice; so I don't need your ladders; cheers anyway.
